  • Prompts and inquires, meditations, videos + audio recordings to support your curiosity and deepen your understanding of your NS, how to heal and build new habits
     

  • 1 90-minute Community Call a month:

    • Second Friday of each month, 10 - 11:30 am PST
       

  • 1 30-minute Private Session with Chantill per quarter

Nervous System Steady™ program is a chance to: 

  • Understand your nervous system, how to steady it + expand it: Learn how it shapes your emotions, behaviors, thinking, and relationships.
     

  • Practice + build the healthy habits you’ve been longing to: Apply science-backed, body-based tools to reduce stress, expand your capacity, and optimize brain and body function.
     

  • Strengthen resilience: Navigate life’s challenges—big or small—with greater clarity, steadiness, and ease.
     

  • Be guided + uplifted: Join a monthly 90-minute community call for coaching, questions, and support, plus a 30-minute private session with Chantill each quarter.
     

  • Be a part of a safe + supportive community: Ask questions, share insights, and practice nervous system skills alongside others committed to growth, or just listen + be in connection without pressure to fix or do.
     

  • Integrate learning + insights into your life in a non-stressful but meaningful way: Use your tools in real life, at your own pace, and revisit anytime for reinforcement.

Spring Enrollment Special

Join by April 30th and get your first three months at $27/M. That's $210 off your first three months! 

After your three months are up, your monthly payments will be $97/M for nine months. 

Although the program is a 12-month program, we will never hold you hostage to staying if you aren't feeling the benefits or a life circumstance has made it difficult for you to participate. All you have to do is write us a note and let us know. We'll make sure all future payments are cancelled, or we're work with you to pause your membership. 

The last thing you need is another complicated, heavy, "thing to do" in your life. The NSS Program is not that.
